An US software development company is looking to add experienced web developers from Argentina or Uruguay to its team. Most projects are developed on Ruby on Rails, iOS and Android and a few use J2EE.
- RoR, iOS or Android experience preferred, not required.
- OO and web development experience required.
- Must be autonomous and reliable, and fun to work with.
- Exceptional ability to tackle difficult problems will be valued.
- Linux or OS X experience is a big plus.
- Assertiveness and ability to communicate well in English by e-mail, IM and on Skype/phone are very important.
- 100% telecommuting - flexible work schedules.
- Essentially no geographical restrictions.
- J2EE, JBoss, Spring or strong front-end experience (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX) particularly valuable for ongoing projects.
