We´re looking to incorporate to our development team an IT Office Support
Main tasks and responsabilities:
•Network management & troubleshoot
•Linux and Windows Server administration
•Systems accounts administration for company employees and customers
•Software/Hardware inventory administration for company IT Infrastructure
•Building/Imaging computers (Linux, Windows and MacOS)
•IT Support for company employees

Requirements
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience/skills
- Fluency in English language
- 2+ years of experience in Server Administration and Networking
- Customer service oriented
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Technical Requirements
- Windows Server installation, configuration and troubleshooting
- Active Directory Management experience
- Linux Servers Management
- Server virtualization
- Firewall configuration and management
- Windows Desktop troubleshooting
- Basic MacOS troubleshooting
- Experience with several Linux distribution
- Basic computer hardware knowledge and troubleshoot
