El presupuesto es de $10500. Necesito lo siguiente:
1) Create a page with two columns. The column at the left will explain what MyLabs (https://secure.thebody.com/tracker/MyLabs/) is like "Keep track and save all of your lab results, from CD4 counts and viral loads to cholesterol levels and liver enzymes."
The column at the right will have two fields (username and password) and two buttons: Register and Continue as guest. It will also have a link to recover password.
2) On register, the user will be asked to accept the terms and conditions (just like the page) and two security questions which will be asked if the user clicks to recover his password
3) On MyLabs( https://secure.thebody.com/tracker/MyLabs/) all features will be cloned: add results, edit results, add notes, set date, print results, email results.
4) Cloning of myReports (https://secure.thebody.com/tracker/MyReports/).
