We are looking for Java Developers with fluent English level to join a new IT HUB and become proficient in the development of tools.

Good to have skills/responsibilities:
- Knowledge of cross business applications (finance, credit, risk)
- Proactively communicates business requirements/priorities to key stakeholders; solicits feedback and obtains sign-off on project documentation
- Effectively translates business requirements into value-added, comprehensive solutions and test plans using appropriate processes, procedures and technology
- Able to explain complex technical issues to the business, and complex business problems to the technology team
- Demonstrates knowledge of project management and architecture methods and tools; knowledge of software engineering lifecycle and processes
- Consistently monitors projects schedule, key milestones and critical dates to proactively identify, escalate and mitigate potential jeopardy of project schedule, risks and dependencies

Skills required:
- Experience or understanding of systems and applications, as well as systems design and business knowledge
- Programming languages: Java (Semi Senior, Senior level)
- Systems engineering/integration
- Systems/unit testing
- ETL (extract, transform and load)
- Database knowledge (Oracle/SQL)
- Hardware/software package knowledge
- Foundation architecture knowledge
- Logical data modeling
- Performance engineering
